Bodybuilder says "stir-fry joint" is perfect choice!

I saw a flyer at my gym, picked it up, and checked out your website. Well done. I've worked out now for about 15 years at World Gym in Providence.
What I wanted to bring to your attention is a favorite restaurant of mine. I have been going here since they opened. Fire + Ice at Providence Place Mall has to probably be the most bodybuilder friendly restaurant I have ever been to. It's basically a stir-fry joint, they have tons of exotic veggies, you name it they got it, from brussel sprouts to broccoli, all kinds of peppers, onions, the choices are endless. Tofu, chopped garlic, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, etc... lean meats, chicken, turkey, fish including mahi mahi, salmon, scrod, shrimp... you name it. A huge salad bar with a healthy oil & vinegar dressing provided.
They stir fry the stuff on a big grill, they use canola oil but they also will put your stuff in a pan and use just water no oil if you request it.

I think it's like $7.95, but if you go up for 2nds, 3rds it's still very reasonable. At $9.95 all-u-can-eat a guy can basically pack on lots of muscle going here every night for supper with zero guilt. They have a website too, I would take a look:
www.fire-ice.com. Any person who is at all in to fitness and healthy eating who hasn't checked this place out is seriously missing out. Cheers :)
