Finding a fitness program that works for you can be challenging. Every individual has specific needs and Jen has learned this based on her own personal experience. This is why she works so well one-on-one with her clients... She's been in their shoes and knows what they are going through. "I was always an athlete in school but would have issues with fluctuating weight... up and down, it took me time to realize that I had to find exactly how my body worked", says Jen . "This what I try to teach my clients... it takes time to "tweek" your metabolism and find a workout plan that's going to work for you."
A member of her gym's powerlifitng team, Jen holds several personal and professional records in the sport: Bench 175 lbs; Deadlift 345 lbs; Squat 315 lbs. As her records show, she is not afraid to challenge herself. Her infectious enthusiam for fitness is as genuine as she is!
One-on-one personal training sessions with Jen consist of:
- An introduction to weightlifting (free weights & machines): 3x per week: Upper body one day, lower body on another day, full body on another day. Plus, interval/cardio approx. 2x per week. Training sessions focus on form, flexibility, balance and posture. Additional recommendations include ball and pilates classes for core strengthening. Also included:
- A full body composition & diet analysis along with nutritional recommendations for weight loss and muscle/weight gain.
- Sessions are available for 1/2 hr or 1-hr and are as low as $30 depending on the package that you choose (please inquire)
