Leah has worked one-on-one with many clients to help them better achieve their fitness goals and feel better about themselves physically and mentally. According to Leah, "Having a client feel better about themselves while achieving their goals is an achievement in itself."
Leah's workout routine includes: Cardio 5x a week/40 mins a day. Major muscle group routine: Mon/legs; Tues/chest & biceps; Wed/back & triceps; Thurs/shoulders (with rotations on different days). Leah will help you work hard by keeping intensity high and changing your workout with supersets, drop sets and monster sets. The benefits of this type of routine include improved physical and mental health (stress relief); lower cholesterol, blood pressure, and a decrease in body fat as well as weight loss. An intense workout with Leah will leave you with a true sense of accomplishment.
Diet Recommendations: Eat 5-6 small meals a day paying close attention to not eat foods such as candy, pastries, high sugar drinks, hotdogs, etc. You do not need to deprive yourself of anything, just be aware and read nutrition labels. Focus on fruits, veggies, poultry, fish, wheat bread, etc. Include the following supplements in your diet if approved by your doctor: calcium, multi-vitamins, Vitamin D and essential fatty acids.
