First of all, please remember that over indulging in alcoholic beverages is a "no-no" when dieting! The average frozen drink such as a Mudslide can pack as much as 750 or more calories! "Liquid" calories add-up and in most cases provide very little nutritional value. If you choose to have a cocktail, remember 'moderation" is the key to sticking to a successful diet and fitness plan.
