Many of these recipes include skim milk but you may replace with water if you choose.
OATS & HONEY SMOOTHIE
2 Scoops of vanilla protein
1/2 cup of dry rolled oats (cooked with water and cooled)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup of skim milk
4-5 ice cubes......BLEND & ENJOY!
OPTIONAL: Add diced apple
DEATH BY CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE
2 Scoops of chocolate protein
1 packet of fat-free hot cocoa mix
1 cup of skim milk (or water)
3 ice cubes..........BLEND & ENJOY!
OPTIONAL: Add a few drops of mint extract for a Chocolate-Mint Smoothie!
CINNAMON BUN SMOOTHIE
2 Scoops of vanilla protein
1 scoop of sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1 Equal
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 cup of skim milk (or water)
4-5 ice cubes...... BLEND & ENJOY!
BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE SMOOTHIE
2 Scoops of vanilla protein
1 reduced-fat graham cracker
2 tablespoons of no-bake reduced fat cheesecake mix
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of skim milk
4-5 ice cubes.... BLEND & ENJOY!
