Hi Gym Chick!
You sent a comment on myspace about a pic and workout. I'm 50 years old and lost about 70 lbs. I became a group instructor and personal trainer. I am also a figure competitor and have won a 5th, 2nd and 3rd place. I train very intensely and have my own trainer who trains people nationally. I workout five days a week in a local gym. I also add work on the track including, sprints, agility ladders and chute training both with and w/o a weight vest. I love not only my own training but helping others with their goals as well.
