Rebecca is a free-lance personal trainer and nutritionist. She offers custom workout plans and is also a healthy food chef. She’s a personal trainer on a mission to help you make a “fooditude” adjustment! She will do your grocery shopping, cook it and make sticking to your diet simple!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Workout with weights every other day and focus on one body part. Combine with cardio on “off” days. Rebecca’s personal training sessions include a health and nutrition evaluation and last about 1.5 hrs each and start at $50-$60 per hour depending on the scope of the plan that she custom designs for you.
